"Building an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly enterprise" has always been the goal pursued by the company. According to the requirements of the production process, combined with the characteristics of flue gas and dust, it is equipped with corresponding environmental protection facilities such as electric dust removal and bag dust removal.

    Our company invested 49 million yuan to build a sintering flue gas desulfurization project. This project adopts a lime-gypsum wet desulfurization process with mature technology, stable operation, wide sources of desulfurizers, and easy-to-handle by-products. The emission concentration of sintering flue gas pollutants is SO2<200mg/Nm3, and the annual emission reduction of SO2 is 7,400 tons. The desulfurization project was identified as a model project by the Environmental Protection Department of Shandong Province, and online monitoring was installed to realize the provincial and municipal networking.
